How Kabesa × FilCraft collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

Who we are

Kabesa × FilCraft (“we”, “us”) is a furniture and lighting maker with a manufacturing workshop in Pangasinan and a showroom at 552 Quezon Avenue, Brgy. Tatalon, Quezon City, Philippines. We are the personal information controller for the data described here.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote, confirm and deliver your order:

• Contact details — your name, email address and mobile number, and your preferred way of being contacted.
• Delivery details — your shipping address, and any delivery notes you give us such as landmarks or gate access.
• Billing details — the billing name and address, and a TIN only if you ask us for an official receipt.
• Order details — the items, sizes and quantities you ordered, and any message you send with your enquiry.

We do not collect card or bank details through this website. Payment is arranged separately by bank transfer or GCash after we confirm your order, so no financial account information ever passes through this site.

Why we use it

We use your information to prepare your quotation, confirm stock and lead time, compute your shipping fee, deliver your order, issue receipts, and answer your questions. We also keep records of completed orders to meet tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Delivery and freight partners — your name, address and phone number, so your order can reach you.
• Netlify, who host this website and receive form submissions on our behalf. Their servers are outside the Philippines, so submitting a form involves an international transfer of your data. See Netlify’s privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if we are required to by law.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or analytics. There is no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics and no third-party tracker of any kind.

Your shopping cart is saved using your browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh. That information stays on your own device, is never sent to us until you choose to submit an order, and you can clear it at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to one year. Completed order records are kept for as long as needed to support warranty or repair requests and to satisfy Philippine tax and accounting requirements.

How we protect it

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Order submissions are transmitted securely and are accessible only to the people in our team who process orders. We keep access to a minimum and do not store payment credentials anywhere.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, and to be indemnified for damages.

To exercise any of these, email roaring.edwin@outlook.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on our shop page.
