The terms that apply when you order from us. Please read them before placing an order.

About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed with Kabesa × FilCraft through this website. By sending us an order you agree to them. Nothing here affects the rights given to consumers by Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 7394).

Placing an order is a request, not a purchase

Submitting the order form on this website does not complete a sale and does not charge you anything. It sends us your requirements so we can check availability, confirm lead time and calculate your shipping fee.

A contract is formed only when we send you a written confirmation or invoice and you accept it by paying the agreed amount. Until then either side may walk away with no obligation.

Prices

All prices are shown in Philippine Pesos and cover the item only. Shipping is quoted separately, because it depends on your location and the size and fragility of your order.

We try to keep prices accurate, but they may change without notice and errors can occur. If the correct price differs from the one shown, we will tell you before asking for payment and you may cancel at no cost.

Payment

We accept online bank transfer and GCash. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Production does not start until the downpayment is received. Payment details are sent with your invoice.

Lead times

Made-to-order pieces take roughly two weeks to craft. Larger orders and full fit-outs are scheduled individually.

Lead times are honest estimates, not guarantees. Handmade production, material supply and weather can affect them. If your order is going to be late we will tell you as soon as we know.

Handmade variation

Every piece is made by hand from natural materials such as rattan, bamboo, abaca and solid wood. Colour, grain, weave and finish will vary between pieces, and measurements may differ slightly from those published.

These variations are a normal characteristic of handmade work and are not defects. Photographs on this website are representative; the piece you receive will be similar but not identical.

Delivery

We ship nationwide. Delivery timings given by us or our couriers are estimates. Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you gave us.

Please check your order on arrival and tell us immediately if anything is damaged — see our returns and refunds policy.

You are responsible for making sure the piece fits through doors, lifts and stairwells, and that someone is available to receive it.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change an order at no cost before we begin production. Once a made-to-order piece is in production it cannot be cancelled, because it is made specifically for you.

Custom and commercial work

Custom pieces are quoted individually. Approved drawings, dimensions, finishes and quantities form part of the agreement. Changes requested after production begins may affect both the price and the delivery date.

Intellectual property

All product photographs, designs, text and the contents of this website belong to Kabesa × FilCraft. Please do not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We stand behind our workmanship. If something is wrong with what we made, we will put it right as described in our returns policy.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, alteration, unsuitable placement such as leaving indoor rattan outdoors, normal wear, or failure to follow care advice. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City.
